Share what you have

“Do not neglect to do good and to share what you have; God is pleased by sacrifices of that kind.” (HEB 13: 16)

Not many of us can imitate God’s generosity—He gave Himself for us—He shared what He is. What we can do, at least, is “to share what we have.” It means we have open eyes and open hearts to see our neighbor’s need. “God is pleased by sacrifices of that kind.”
