I will enter his house and dine with him

“‘Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, then I will enter his house and dine with him, and he with me.” (REV 3: 20)

Our Lord is always looking for any occasion to be with us. He “stands at the door and knocks.” His voice is so gentle and His knock is so delicate, so we must be very attentive to hear it. But the reward is huge—“I will enter his house and dine with him, and he with me.”
