Everyone will receive praise from God

“Therefore, do not make any judgment before the appointed time, until the Lord comes, for he will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will manifest the motives of our hearts, and then everyone will receive praise from God.” (1 COR 4: 5)

Not “some of you,” not “the best of you” and not “some of you after a careful check” but “everyone will receive praise from God.” It is a command for us: “do not make any judgment before the appointed time” because “He will bring to light what is hidden in darkness and will manifest the motives of our hearts.”
