Cast the net over the right side of the boat

“Jesus said to them, ‘Children, have you caught anything to eat?’ They answered him, No.’ So he said to them, ‘Cast the net over the right side of the boat and you will find something.’” (JN 21: 5-6)

Today’s words of Our Lord remind us how important it is to do things right: “Cast the net over the right side of the boat and you will find something.” We have alternatives; we can do things in the opposite way, the bad way, but only when we do things right, can we expect right results.
