with all humanity and gentleness

“I, a prisoner for the Lord, urge you to live in a manner worthy of the call you have received, with all humility and gentleness, with patience, bearing with one another through love, striving to preserve the unity of the spirit through the bond of peace;” (EPH 4: 1-3)

Gentleness comes back to our minds very often because this is our first step in our Programs. Without gentleness we look on others from our own perspective, expecting rather than giving, projecting on them instead of accepting reality and judging them rather than defending them. Gentleness is the only way we can improve our relationship.
