To be holy

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavens, as he chose us in him, before the foundation of the world, to be holy and without blemish before him.” (EPH 1: 3-4)

It is good to remember that our final destination and the main purpose for our lives is: “to be holy and without blemish before him.” We are chosen to be God’s children “before the foundation of the world,” and He “has blessed us in Christ with every spiritual blessing in the heavens” because He loves us and wants all the best for us.
