to be first

“Rather, whoever wishes to be great among you shall be your servant; whoever wishes to be first among you shall be your slave. Just so, the Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve and to give his life as a ransom for many.” (MT 20: 26-28) 

The difference between the finite and the infinite oriented organizations lies exactly in this approach: “to be first” and to be served or “to serve and to give our lives for many”. Every marriage and every family is finite oriented—our goal is to love and to go to heaven together with our beloved one.
