The Kingdom of heaven is like…

“Jesus said to his disciples: ‘The Kingdom of heaven is like a treasure buried in a field…, is like a merchant searching for fine pearls…'” (Mt 13: 44-46)
Sometimes I am more focused on these images (“a treasure buried”, “a fine pearl”) than on IS. The Kingdom of heaven IS. Even if are so busy doing all our daily duties, our life and vocation is bigger than just to survive here on earth. We know where our destination is, to Whom we belong.
“I call you my friends, says The Lord, for I have made known to you all that the Father has told me” (Gospel Acclamation).
