Sharing His gifts

“Go home to your people and tell them all that the Lord in His mercy has done for you”. (Mk 5:19)

The beauty of sharing “all that the Lord in His mercy has done for you” with others. In our “Love and Life” Programs this is an important part of the retreat.

We share to praise God’s work. He is with me every day and takes care of me. It is good to be conscious of that and sensitive to recognize His presence in our life.

We share to get to know ourselves. Our thoughts without words are like planning a busy day without a “to-do” list.

We share to support and strengthen the others. Especially other marriages. Our Lord said: go home. Home is the natural environment for sharing.

“O chosen people, proclaim the mighty works of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.” (Entrance antiphon).
