Promise of the Father

“… wait for ‘the promise of the Father about which you have heard me speak; for John baptized with water, but in a few days you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit’.” (Acts 1:4-5)
We are baptized with water and with the Holy Spirit. To unite us with Our Lord. When we are with Him, we know where to go, what to do, and who we are. We know our past and destination. Our concern is to be with Him, every day and in every second.
“May the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, give you a Spirit of wisdom and revelation resulting in knowledge of him.” (Eph 1:17)
