everyone who sees the Son

“For this is the will of my Father, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in him may have eternal life, and I shall raise him on the last day.” (JN 6: 40)

Today we celebrate the Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed (All Souls). This is a good reminder for us that we will also die one day, and it is a huge hope “that everyone who sees the Son and believes in him may have eternal life.” Our lives have no end; we were created to “have eternal life” with the Holy Trinity.
