began to believe in him

“Many of the Jews who had come to Mary and seen what Jesus had done began to believe in him. But some of them went to the Pharisees and told them what Jesus had done.” (JN 11: 45-46)  

“Many of the Jews who had come to Mary and seen what Jesus had done began to believe in him” and “some of them” reported to the Pharisees, which resulted in Our Lord’s death. Today we also have believers and persecutors, people who respect love and life and people who don’t. There is always something beyond gentleness, respect, the gift of self and time for us, communication to understand rather than be understood and transparency.
