A cup of water

“Jesus said to his disciples: ‘Anyone who gives you a cup of water to drink because you belong to Christ, amen, I say to you, will surely not lose his reward.’” (MK 9: 41)

We are so close to Our Lord’s heart, Who, Himself, is a reward. He expects from us just simple actions, absolutely doable. “A cup of water” is our daily need, and being very humble and simple, connects us to God.
